Stipend:                   USD 500 per month plus accommodation in hotel and

Internship Description:

 

This Traineeship provides a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in having a hands-on international experience in the hospitality field. The position is mainly attached to Front Office Department, which exists to introduce the trainee to all aspects of hotel operations and in particular, the systems, and procedures. The Traineeship also includes structured supervisory experience, which exposes the trainee to the skills of people management and forms the basis for further development.

 

-Arrival : Creating a warm and welcoming arrival for guests, ensuring an

              effective and efficient check-in.

-Stay:     Ensuring a memorable guest stay by giving caring and courteous

              guest services, providing information, responding to problems, and

              dealing with guests in a friendly and ever-hospitable manner.

-Departure: Facilitate a quick and efficient departure by ensuring that all

              guests leave happy with their stay.

 

Essential Requirements:

1.  Tourism, Hotel Management, Business or equivalent majors preferred;

2.  Candidates from the Europe (such as Switzerland and U.K. ) and North

     America preferred;

3.  Easygoing and positive personality;

4.  Good English communication skills.

5.  Chinese language would be a great plus.

Notice: Given the accommodation and flight ticket is provided, the program fee for this position is RMB 6815 yuan (i.e USD 1000) intead of RMB 4125 yuan.
